Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
Our goal at Soundtrack of Life is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, please let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags in tact (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Items must be clean and free of any odor, dirt, stains, hair, etc. You’ll also need the receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: due to every t-shirt & hat we sell being made to order for each customer, we cannot accept orders & returns for multiple colors or sizes of the same tee that someone buys just to pick out their favorite color and fit. Nor are we able to offer returns for "change of mind" reasons. The purpose of our return policy is to ensure our customers get the right fit. We trust our awesome customers will understand this just isn't feasible for either our method of production, or for a small business like ours. If you're unsure of which size to order, please reach out and we'll be glad to help. We can also provide additional images to help you decide on your favorite color.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged, defective, and incorrect items will be remade and replaced at our expense, or our manufacturing/logistic partner's expense.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Due to each item we sell being made to order for each customer, once an item has been submitted to production, it cannot be cancelled. This often begins quickly, within an hour. If we need to cancel an item due to a production related issue or limitation (such as a shirt color, size, or design being backordered), we will contact you to work out an alternative (if one is possible), or a refund (if no satisfactory alternatives are available).
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email us.
Shipping related issues are not eligible for refunds. If an order was lost, damaged, delayed, or routed incorrectly, we will do what we can to work with the carrier to resolve the issue and/or submit a replacement order, if necessary, at our discretion.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
A quick note on our products and designs: While we go through great lengths to represent our designs and products as accurately as we can online, we do occasionally update and/or make small design changes in order to improve them. Also, due to the nature of the printing process, as well as color variances inherent in fabric dyes (along with variables such as computer screen differences, settings, environments, and so forth), we cannot guarantee that the colors of either will be an identical match to what you see online and cannot accept returns requested as a result of them.
